American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees Scholarship Program
This scholarship is for family dependents of affiliates of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees. Applicants are required to be a graduating seniors in high school who are intending to attend post secondary education at four-year schools. Proof of the parent’s affiliation with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees is required to be considered for this scholarship. This scholarship is a renewable award of $2,000.
Award: This scholarship is for use during freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior years. This scholarship is renewable. Number: The number of scholarships awarded is 13. Amount: The amount of the scholarship awarded is $2,000.
Requirements for Eligibility: The applicant is required to be a graduating senior in high school, who is anticipating to enroll full-time at a four-year college or university. Either the applicant or a parent of the applicant has to be an affiliate of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees. This school scholarship is accessible only to citizens of the United States.
Requirements for Application: Essay composition, application, autobiography, personal references, and school transcripts. Deadline: December 31.
