William R. Goldfarb Memorial Scholarship
The ARRL Foundation Inc. Scholarship is for baccalaureate study in the fields of business, medical or nursing, sciences, or engineering. The applicant is required to be a licensed amateur radio operator. The applicant is required to establish financial necessity.
Academic Disciplines/Professional Aspirations: Business/ Consumer Services; Health and Medical Sciences; Computer Science/ Data Processing; Engineering/ Technology; Nursing; Physical Sciences; Natural Sciences.
Award: This scholarship is for use during freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior years. This scholarship is not renewable. Number: The number of scholarships awarded is 1. Amount: The amount of the scholarship awarded is $10,000.
Requirements for Eligibility: The applicant is required to be enrolled or anticipating to enroll full-time at a four-year college or university. The applicant must demonstrate an interest in amateur radio. This scholarship is available only to citizens of the United States.
Requirements for Application: Application, school transcript, financial need assessment, Free Application for Financial Student Aid (FAFSA) , and Student Aid Report (SAR). Deadline: February 1.
