Best Buy Scholarships
The Best Buy Scholarship is funded through the Best Buy Children Foundation awarding applicants with $1,500. The Scholarships are available to students based on academic achievement and superior community service involvement. Applicants are required to be entering an authorized United States college, university or technical institution in the fall immediately after graduation from high school. Award: This scholarship is for use during freshman year, and is not renewable. Number: The number of scholarships awarded is 1,000. Amount: The amount of the scholarship awarded is $1,500.
Requirements for Eligibility: Applicants are required to be high school students, who are planning to enroll or anticipating to enroll full-time at a two-year, four-year college or university, or a technical school. Either the applicant or a parent of the applicant is required to have volunteer or employment experience in community service. This scholarship is only accessible to United States citizens.
Requirements for Application: Application, school transcript, and personal references. Deadline: February 15.
