International Communications Industries Foundation (ICIF) Scholarship for Dependents of Member Organizations
This is a scholarship for a spouse, child, stepchild, or grandchild of an employee of InfoComm International affiliate association, or for an employee of InfoComm International affiliate association. Applicants are required to be majoring in audiovisual related fields, like audio, video, audiovisual, technical theater, software development, data networking, telecommunications, and information technology. Applicants are required to have a grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.75.
Academic Disciplines/Professional Aspirations: Computer Science/Data Processing; Filmmaking/Video; Communications; Electrical Engineering/Electronics.
Award: This scholarship is for use during freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior years. This scholarship is not renewable. Number: The number of scholarships awarded is 1 to 50. Amount: The amount of the scholarships awarded is $1,500.
Requirements for Eligibility: The applicant is required to be enrolled or anticipating to enroll full-time at a two-year, four-year, or technical school or institution. The applicant is required to have a grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.75. This scholarship is available to citizens of the United States and Canada.
Requirements for Application: Application, person references, school transcript, and essay composition. Deadline: April 10.
