New Mexico State University

Since 1893, Western New Mexico University has offered students a quality education from its campus in Silver City. Students choose form 10 master’s degrees, 41 baccalaureate degrees, and 18 associate’s degrees, as well as certificate programs in some fields of study. The school focuses on zoology, nursing, education, accounting, criminal justice, and occupational therapy fields, with interdisciplinary degrees available. New Mexico Highlands University

New Mexico Highlands University has a main campus in Las Vegas and educational centers throughout the state. The university has four schools offering undergraduate and graduate programs, including the College of Arts and Sciences, the School of Business, the School of Education, and the School of Social Work. The Dual Credit Program gives high school students the chance to take college courses before graduating high school, giving them the leg up on their education once they are finished with school. Eastern New Mexico University

Eastern New Mexico University is the largest regional comprehensive university in the state. It has three campuses, a four-year campus in Portales and two two-year campuses in Ruidoso and Roswell.
